Hanglai village

Nestled between two mountains, Hanglai village boasts a rich cultural history. Student participants are not only treated to the scenic views of this verdant valley village, they also have the opportunity to explore the unique traditions of Hanglai, including fine embroidery,  winemaking, and the wooden houses that have been preserved for more than 300 years.

Only half an hour from Bian Cheng, Nantai Village has the advantage of being close to the city while retaining a sense of isolation and tranquility. Besides its stunning views and hiking trails, Nantai boasts a rich agricultural trade. Visitors can purchase organic grown rice, tomatoes, and homemade tomato paste. Student participants have an impressive array of stories to portray: from the farm to table produce to the verdant natural scenery.
